- Taco Seasoning Packet1 packet
- Hard Taco Shells12 shells
- Shredded Cheddar Cheese1 cup
- Sour Cream1/2 cup
- Salsa1/2 cup
- Romaine Lettuce2 cups shredded
- Roma Tomatoes2
- Avocado (optional)1
- Fresh Cilantro (optional)1/4 cup
Method

Brown ground beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat, breaking it up as it cooks. Drain excess fat.

Add taco seasoning and 1/4 cup water to the beef. Stir and simmer until thickened.

While beef cooks, dice tomatoes, shred lettuce, slice avocado, and chop cilantro.

Warm taco shells in the oven at 350F for 3 minutes.

Set up topping stations: meat, shells, shredded cheese, sour cream, salsa, lettuce, tomato, and avocado. Let everyone build their own.
