Ingredients
- Boneless Chicken Breast1 1/2 lbs
- Plain Yogurt (Dahi)1/2 cup
- Ghee2 tbsp
- Yellow Onion1 large
- Crushed Tomatoes14 oz
- Heavy Cream1/2 cup
- Ginger-Garlic Paste1 1/2 tbsp
- Garam Masala2 tsp
- Paprika1 tsp
- Fresh Cilantro (optional)1/4 cup
Method

Cut chicken into 1.5-inch cubes. Marinate in dahi (yogurt), garam masala, cumin, turmeric, paprika, and salt for at least 20 minutes.

Thread chicken onto skewers or spread on a foil-lined baking sheet. Broil on high for 10-12 minutes, turning once, until charred.

For the sauce: heat ghee in a pan. Saute diced onion until soft. Add ginger-garlic paste and cook 1 minute.

Add crushed tomatoes, paprika, garam masala, and chili powder. Simmer 10 minutes. Stir in heavy cream and a pinch of sugar.

Add the charred chicken pieces to the sauce. Simmer 5 minutes. Garnish with cilantro and serve with naan or rice.
