- Chinese Wheat Noodles12 oz
- Ground Pork1/2 lb
- Tahini or Sesame Paste2 tbsp
- Soy Sauce2 tbsp
- Chili Oil2 tbsp
- Rice Vinegar1 tbsp
- Garlic3 cloves
- Sichuan Peppercorns1/2 tsp
- Green Onions3 stalks
- Roasted Peanuts2 tbsp
- Bok Choy2 heads
Method

Cook noodles according to package. Blanch bok choy in the same water the last 30 seconds. Drain.

Brown pork in a wok over high heat, 4 minutes. Add garlic, stir 30 seconds.

Whisk tahini, soy sauce, chili oil, rice vinegar, and 3 tbsp warm water until smooth.

Toss noodles with sauce. Top with pork, bok choy, Sichuan peppercorns, peanuts, and green onions.
