Ingredients

  • Chinese Wheat Noodles12 oz
  • Ground Pork1/2 lb
  • Tahini or Sesame Paste2 tbsp
  • Soy Sauce2 tbsp
  • Chili Oil2 tbsp
  • Rice Vinegar1 tbsp
  • Garlic3 cloves
  • Sichuan Peppercorns1/2 tsp
  • Green Onions3 stalks
  • Roasted Peanuts2 tbsp
  • Bok Choy2 heads

Method

  1. 01

    Cook noodles according to package. Blanch bok choy in the same water the last 30 seconds. Drain.

    Brown pork in a wok over high heat, 4 minutes. Add garlic, stir 30 seconds.

    Whisk tahini, soy sauce, chili oil, rice vinegar, and 3 tbsp warm water until smooth.

    Toss noodles with sauce. Top with pork, bok choy, Sichuan peppercorns, peanuts, and green onions.
