- Fajita Seasoning Packet1 packet
- Bell Peppers (assorted colors)3
- Yellow Onion1
- Flour Tortillas (8-inch)8 tortillas
- Vegetable Oil2 tbsp
- Sour Cream1/2 cup
- Shredded Mexican Blend Cheese1 cup
- Salsa1/2 cup
- Lime1
Method

Slice flank steak against the grain into thin strips. Toss with fajita seasoning.

Slice bell peppers and onion into thin strips.

Heat oil in a large cast iron skillet over high heat until smoking. Sear steak strips 2-3 minutes, working in batches to avoid crowding. Remove and set aside.

In the same skillet, cook peppers and onion 4-5 minutes until charred but still crisp. Return steak to the skillet and toss together.

Warm tortillas in a dry skillet or in foil in the oven.

Serve the sizzling skillet at the table with warm tortillas, guacamole, sour cream, salsa, shredded cheese, and lime wedges.
