Ingredients

  • Ground Pork1 1/2 lb
  • Breadcrumbs1/3 cup
  • Egg1
  • Honey1/4 cup
  • Soy Sauce3 tbsp
  • Garlic, Minced4 cloves
  • Rice Vinegar1 tbsp
  • Salt1/2 tsp
  • Black Pepper1/4 tsp

Method

  1. 01

    Preheat oven to 400F. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper.

    Mix ground pork, breadcrumbs, egg, salt, and pepper. Roll into 20 meatballs.

    Bake meatballs 18-20 minutes until cooked through.

    While meatballs bake, whisk together honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, and rice vinegar in a small saucepan. Simmer 3-4 minutes until slightly thickened.

    Toss baked meatballs in the honey garlic sauce. Serve over rice.
