Method

Preheat oven to 375F. Brown ground beef in a skillet, drain fat, and stir in taco seasoning with 1/4 cup water. Simmer 3 minutes.

Spread tortilla chips in a single layer on a large sheet pan. Top with seasoned beef and shredded cheese.

Bake 5-7 minutes until cheese is fully melted and bubbly.

While nachos bake, prep toppings: dice tomatoes, slice jalapenos, chop cilantro, and slice avocado.
