Ingredients
- Glutinous (Sticky) Rice1 1/2 cups
- Full-Fat Coconut Milk14 oz
- Sugar1/3 cup
- Salt1/4 tsp
- Ripe Mangoes2
- Sesame Seeds (optional)1 tbsp
Method

Soak glutinous rice in water for at least 4 hours or overnight. Drain well.

Steam the rice in a steamer basket lined with cheesecloth for 20-25 minutes until translucent and tender.

While hot, fold the rice into warmed coconut milk mixed with sugar and a pinch of salt. Let it absorb for 10 minutes.

Slice ripe mangoes and fan them alongside the sticky rice. Drizzle with extra coconut cream and sesame seeds.
