- White Miso Paste4 tbsp
- Chicken Broth6 cups
- Fresh Ramen Noodles14 oz
- Eggs (soft-boiled)4
- Corn Kernels1 cup
- Unsalted Butter2 tbsp
- Garlic Cloves (minced)3 cloves
- Scallions3 stalks
Method

Stir-fry ground pork with garlic, ginger, and a tablespoon of miso paste until browned.

Add chicken broth, remaining miso paste, soy sauce, and mirin. Bring to a simmer and cook 15 minutes.

Cook ramen noodles according to package directions. Drain and divide among bowls.

Ladle hot broth over noodles. Top with soft-boiled egg halves, corn, scallions, and a pat of butter.
