Taco Soup

Ground beef, two cans of beans, corn, diced tomatoes, and a packet of taco seasoning simmered into a thick, soupy taco. This is the meal you make when you have 20 minutes and nothing planned. Every ingredient comes from the pantry except the beef. It freezes perfectly and tastes even better the next day.

Parent noteThe toppings are the customization. Sour cream, chips, and cheese on top make this feel fun. The base is mild; taco seasoning is savory, not spicy in most grocery-store packets. Contains no common allergens in the base; check your taco seasoning packet.

Chips reflect this recipe's curated tags, not an ingredient-by-ingredient allergen scan. The app tags every ingredient against the top-9 allergens and filters your family's weekly plan by severity — check labels if an allergy is severe.
