  • Ground Chicken1 1/2 lbs
  • Thai Basil Leaves1 cup
  • Garlic Cloves (minced)5 cloves

  • Soy Sauce2 tbsp
  • Fish Sauce1 tbsp
  • Oyster Sauce1 tbsp

Method

    Heat oil in a wok over high heat. Stir-fry garlic and Thai chilies for 30 seconds.

    Add ground chicken and cook, breaking it up, for 4-5 minutes until no longer pink.

    Add soy sauce, fish sauce, oyster sauce, and sugar. Stir to combine.

    Toss in Thai basil leaves and stir until just wilted, about 30 seconds.

    Serve over jasmine rice topped with a crispy fried egg.
