- Fish Sauce1 tbsp
- Oyster Sauce1 tbsp

Method

Heat oil in a wok over high heat. Stir-fry garlic and Thai chilies for 30 seconds.

Add ground chicken and cook, breaking it up, for 4-5 minutes until no longer pink.

Add soy sauce, fish sauce, oyster sauce, and sugar. Stir to combine.
