- Flour Tortillas4 large
- Shredded Mexican Cheese Blend2 cups
- Black Beans, Canned1 can (15 oz)
- Corn, Frozen1/2 cup
- Bell Pepper1 medium diced
- Red Onion1/4 cup diced
- Cumin1/2 tsp
- Salsa1/2 cup for serving
- Sour Cream1/4 cup for serving
Method

Drain and rinse black beans. Thaw corn.

Mix beans, corn, diced pepper, onion, cumin, and half the cheese.
