Ingredients
- Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs1 1/2 lbs, cut into 2-inch pieces
- Crushed Tomatoes1 can (14.5 oz)
- Heavy Cream1/2 cup
- Tomato Paste2 tbsp
- Yellow Onion1 medium, diced
- Garlic3 cloves, minced
- Fresh Ginger1 tsp, grated
- Garam Masala1 1/2 tsp
- Cumin1 tsp
- Turmeric1/4 tsp
- Vegetable Oil2 tbsp
- Naan Bread, warmed (optional)4 pieces
Method

Season chicken pieces with garam masala, cumin, turmeric, salt, and pepper.

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken pieces 4-5 minutes per side until golden. Remove and set aside.

In the same pan, cook diced onion over medium heat 4 minutes. Add garlic and ginger, cook 1 minute.

Add tomato paste and cook 2 minutes, stirring, until it deepens in color.

Add crushed tomatoes and heavy cream. Stir to combine. Return chicken to the pan.

Simmer on medium-low heat 10 minutes until sauce thickens and chicken is cooked through.
