- Ground Pork3/4 lb
- Italian Breadcrumbs1/2 cup
- Whole Milk3 tbsp
- Egg1 large
- Parmesan, grated1/2 cup
- Garlic, minced3 cloves
- Dried Parsley1 tsp
- Salt1 tsp
Method

Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with foil and coat with cooking spray.

Soak breadcrumbs in milk for 2 minutes.

Combine ground beef, ground pork, soaked breadcrumbs, egg, parmesan, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until just combined. Do not over-mix.

Roll into 1.5-inch balls (about 24 meatballs). Place on prepared baking sheet.

Bake 18-22 minutes until browned and internal temperature reaches 165°F.
