- Ground Beef (80/20)1 1/2 lb
- Breadcrumbs1/3 cup
- Egg1
- Garlic Powder1 tsp
- BBQ Sauce3/4 cup
- Salt1/2 tsp
- Black Pepper1/4 tsp
Method

Preheat oven to 400F. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper.

Mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Roll into 20 meatballs (about 1.5 inches each).

Place meatballs on the sheet pan. Bake 15 minutes.

Remove from oven. Toss meatballs in a bowl with BBQ sauce until coated. Return to pan and bake 10 more minutes.
