Method

    Preheat oven to 400F. Line a sheet pan with foil and lightly grease.

    Mix brown sugar, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, and a pinch of salt in a small bowl.

    Place salmon fillets skin-side down on the sheet pan. Spread the brown sugar mixture evenly over the top of each fillet.
