- Yellow Onion (diced)1
- Garlic (minced)3 cloves
- Diced Tomatoes (canned)28 oz can
- Kidney Beans (canned)15 oz can
- Tomato Paste2 tbsp
- Chili Powder2 tbsp
- Ground Cumin1 tsp
- Shredded Cheddar Cheese1 cup
- Sour Cream1/2 cup
- Green Onions3 stalks
- Saltine Crackers (optional)1 sleeve
Method

Brown ground beef in a large pot over medium-high heat. Drain excess fat.

Add diced onion and garlic. Cook 3 minutes until softened.

Add diced tomatoes, kidney beans, tomato paste, chili powder, cumin, and paprika. Stir well.

Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.

While chili simmers, prep toppings: shred cheese, chop green onions, and crumble crackers.
