Method

Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Grill or pan-sear 6-7 minutes per side until cooked through. Rest 5 minutes, then slice.

Boil eggs for 10 minutes. Transfer to ice bath, peel, and quarter.

Wash and chop romaine lettuce into bite-sized pieces. Spin dry.
