Ingredients

  • Beef Sirloin (thinly sliced)1 1/2 lbs
  • Asian Pear1
  • Soy Sauce1/4 cup
  • Sesame Oil2 tbsp
  • Garlic Cloves4 cloves

Method

    Blend Asian pear, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, sugar, and black pepper into a smooth marinade.

    Toss sliced beef in the marinade and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or up to overnight.

    Heat a large skillet or grill pan over high heat until smoking.

    Cook beef in a single layer for 2-3 minutes per side until caramelized.
