- Elbow Macaroni12 oz
- Cauliflower (1 head, cut into florets)1 head
- Whole Milk3/4 cup
- Sharp Cheddar Cheese, shredded8 oz
- Mustard Powder1/2 tsp
- Garlic Powder1/2 tsp
- Salt1/2 tsp
- Black Pepper1/4 tsp
Method

Cook elbow macaroni in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Meanwhile, steam cauliflower florets until very tender, about 8 minutes.

Transfer steamed cauliflower to a blender with milk, mustard powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Blend until completely smooth.

Pour cauliflower puree into a large pot over medium heat. Stir in shredded cheddar cheese until melted and smooth.
