Parent noteSome kids prefer a simple chicken and cheese wrap with ranch. That counts as a win. No pressure to add veggies.

Method

  1. 01

Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.

Heat oil in a grill pan or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken 6-7 minutes per side until internal temp reaches 165F. Let rest 5 minutes, then slice into strips.

  3. 03

While chicken rests, prep toppings: shred lettuce, dice tomatoes, slice avocado, and shred cheese.

  4. 04

Warm flour tortillas in a dry skillet for 20 seconds per side or wrap in foil and warm in a 300F oven for 5 minutes.

  5. 05

Set up the wrap station: chicken strips, warm tortillas, all toppings, ranch dressing, and hot sauce. Everyone builds their own.
