Homemade Chicken Noodle Casserole
Egg noodles, rotisserie chicken, cream of mushroom soup, frozen peas and carrots, and a crunchy breadcrumb topping baked until golden. This is the version of the casserole your family actually eats instead of pushing to the edges of the plate. Use good rotisserie chicken and it tastes like you made it from scratch.

Parent noteThis is the casserole version of chicken noodle soup. The soft noodles and creamy sauce are broadly accepted. The peas and carrots are unintimidating in this context. Assemble a day ahead and refrigerate; bake when needed. Contains gluten and dairy.
