  • Ziti Pasta16 oz
  • Olive Oil2 tbsp
  • Garlic, minced4 cloves
  • Sun-Dried Tomatoes (oil-packed), chopped1/2 cup
  • Heavy Cream1 cup
  • Chicken Broth1/2 cup
  • Parmesan Cheese, grated1/2 cup
  • Italian Seasoning1 tsp
  • Baby Spinach4 cups
  • Mozzarella Cheese, shredded1 1/2 cups

Method

    Preheat oven to 375°F. Cook ziti in salted boiling water until just barely al dente. Drain.

    In a large skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil. Add garlic and cook 30 seconds. Add chopped sun-dried tomatoes and cook 1 minute.

    Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth. Bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in parmesan and Italian seasoning. Cook 3 minutes until slightly thickened.
