- Chickpeas, Canned2 cans (15 oz)
- Fresh Parsley1/2 cup
- Fresh Cilantro1/4 cup
- Garlic3 cloves
- Cumin1 1/2 tsp
- Flour2 tbsp
- Hummus1 cup
- Cucumber1 medium
- Cherry Tomatoes1 cup
- Red Onion1/2 small
- Lemon1 medium
- Olive Oil3 tbsp
- Pita Bread4 rounds
Method

Preheat oven to 375F. Drain chickpeas and pat very dry.

Pulse chickpeas, parsley, cilantro, garlic, cumin, flour, salt, and pepper in a food processor until coarsely ground (not a paste).

Form into 16 small patties. Place on an oiled baking sheet. Brush tops with olive oil.

Bake 25 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.

Dice cucumber and tomatoes for a quick tabbouleh. Dress with lemon juice and olive oil.
