Ingredients
- Ground Beef (80/20)1 lb
- Wide Egg Noodles8 oz
- Butter3 tbsp
- Garlic4 cloves, minced
- Beef Broth1/2 cup
- Worcestershire Sauce1 tbsp
- Fresh Parsley, chopped2 tbsp
Method

Cook egg noodles according to package. Reserve 1/4 cup pasta water. Drain.

Brown ground beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat, breaking it up, about 6 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Drain excess fat.

Push beef to one side. Melt butter in the empty space. Add garlic and cook 1 minute.

Add beef broth and Worcestershire sauce. Stir together with the beef and simmer 2 minutes.

Add drained noodles and a splash of pasta water. Toss everything together over low heat until sauce coats the noodles.

Top with parsley and serve immediately.
