  • Butter2 tbsp
  • Garlic, Minced3 cloves
  • Dried Thyme1 tsp
  • Garlic Powder1 tsp
  • Salt3/4 tsp
  • Black Pepper1/2 tsp

Method

    Take pork chops out of the fridge 15 minutes before cooking. Pat dry and season both sides with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.

    Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.

    Sear pork chops 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown and internal temp reaches 145F.

    Add butter, minced garlic, and dried thyme to the pan. Baste the pork chops with the melted herb butter for 1 minute.

    Rest 5 minutes before serving. Spoon pan juices over the chops.
