- Breadcrumbs1/2 cup

- Worcestershire Sauce1 tbsp

- Onion Powder1/2 tsp

Method

Preheat oven to 375F. Line a sheet pan with foil.

Mix ground turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.

Shape mixture into a loaf on the sheet pan, about 8 inches long and 4 inches wide.

Mix ketchup and brown sugar. Spread over the top of the meatloaf.

Bake 40-45 minutes until internal temp reaches 165F. Rest 10 minutes before slicing.
