Ingredients
- Wide Egg Noodles12 oz
- Ground Beef (80/20)1 lb
- Yellow Onion, diced1 medium
- White Mushrooms, sliced8 oz
- Garlic, minced3 cloves
- All-Purpose Flour2 tbsp
- Beef Broth1 1/2 cups
- Worcestershire Sauce1 tbsp
- Sour Cream1/2 cup
- Dijon Mustard1 tsp
- Fresh Parsley, chopped (optional)2 tbsp
Method

Cook egg noodles in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet over medium-high heat, brown ground beef with diced onion, breaking into crumbles, about 6 minutes. Drain excess fat.

Add sliced mushrooms and garlic. Cook until mushrooms are softened and browned, about 4 minutes.

Sprinkle flour over the mixture and stir 1 minute. Pour in beef broth and Worcestershire sauce. Stir and simmer until sauce thickens, about 5 minutes.

Remove from heat. Stir in sour cream and Dijon mustard. Season with salt and pepper. (Don't boil after adding sour cream or it may curdle.)

Serve the stroganoff over egg noodles, garnished with chopped parsley.
