Hidden Veggie Turkey Burgers

Ground turkey burgers packed with finely grated zucchini, carrots, and onion. The vegetables add moisture, prevent the turkey from drying out, and are completely undetectable in the finished burger. Juicier than standard turkey burgers, with a full serving of vegetables per patty. This is how you make a turkey burger that actually works.

Parent noteKids who resist vegetables will eat these without knowing. The squeezing step is critical; wet zucchini makes mushy burgers. Contains gluten from buns; the patty itself is gluten-free if you check Worcestershire label.
