Ingredients
- Bone-In Skin-On Chicken (thighs and/or drumsticks)3 lbs
- Butter4 tbsp
- Honey3 tbsp
- Garlic3 cloves, minced
- Soy Sauce1 tbsp
- Dried Thyme1/2 tsp
Method

Preheat oven to 400F. Pat chicken dry and season all over with salt and pepper.

Melt butter in a small saucepan. Add garlic and cook 1 minute. Add honey, soy sauce, and thyme. Stir and remove from heat.

Arrange chicken skin-side up in a large oven-safe skillet or baking dish.

Pour half the glaze over the chicken.

Bake 20 minutes. Brush with remaining glaze. Bake 15-20 more minutes until skin is caramelized and internal temperature reads 165F.

Rest 5 minutes. Spoon pan juices over before serving.
