Honey Garlic Pork Tenderloin

Pork tenderloin seared and then oven-roasted in a honey, garlic, and soy glaze until juicy and caramelized. This is one of the best weeknight protein recipes: tenderloins cook in 20 minutes in the oven after a quick sear, and the glaze does all the flavor work. Slice it at the table and it looks impressive for a Tuesday.
