Honey Roasted Carrots
Carrots roasted with butter and honey until tender and caramelized at the edges. This is the side dish that makes vegetables feel like a treat. The natural sweetness of carrots amplifies with heat, and the honey glaze makes them legitimately delicious to kids who wouldn't touch a steamed carrot. Done in 30 minutes on one pan.
