Method

Mix pork, beef, breadcrumbs, egg, parmesan, grated onion, garlic, salt, and pepper. Form tiny (1-inch) meatballs.

Bring broth to a boil. Drop in meatballs. Simmer 10 minutes.

Add orzo, cook 8-10 minutes until pasta and meatballs are done.
