- Maple Syrup3 tbsp
- Soy Sauce2 tbsp
- Garlic, Minced3 cloves
- Salt1/2 tsp
- Black Pepper1/4 tsp
Method

Preheat oven to 425F. Line a sheet pan with foil.

Mix maple syrup, soy sauce, garlic, and black pepper in a small bowl.

Pat chicken thighs dry with paper towels. Season with salt. Place skin-side up on sheet pan.

Brush half the glaze over the chicken. Roast 20 minutes.

Brush remaining glaze on the chicken. Roast another 15 minutes until skin is deeply golden and internal temp reaches 165F.
