One-Pot Ground Beef and Rice

Ground beef, rice, beef broth, diced tomatoes, and garlic all cooked together in one pot until the rice absorbs the seasoned broth. This is a complete meal in a single pan, with built-in protein and starch, in under 30 minutes. Flavor lands between dirty rice and a meat-and-rice casserole. Kids eat it because it's savory and mild.

Parent notePlain and savory. Every component is familiar. Skip the Worcestershire or check the label; it contains anchovy. Cheese on top is optional but often seals the deal for reluctant eaters. Contains no top allergens beyond potential anchovy in Worcestershire.

Chips reflect this recipe's curated tags, not an ingredient-by-ingredient allergen scan. The app tags every ingredient against the top-9 allergens and filters your family's weekly plan by severity — check labels if an allergy is severe.
