- Ditalini Pasta8 oz
- Cannellini Beans1 can (15 oz), drained and rinsed
- Crushed Tomatoes1 can (14.5 oz)
- Beef Broth4 cups
- Yellow Onion1 medium, diced
- Celery2 stalks, diced
- Garlic3 cloves, minced
- Dried Rosemary1/2 tsp
- Olive Oil2 tbsp
Method

Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium-high heat. Brown ground beef, breaking it up, about 5 minutes. Drain excess fat.

Add diced onion and celery. Cook 4 minutes until softened.

Add garlic and dried rosemary. Cook 1 minute.

Add crushed tomatoes, beef broth, drained cannellini beans, salt, and pepper.

Bring to a boil. Add ditalini pasta. Cook according to package time, stirring frequently so it does not stick to the bottom.
