Ingredients
- Ground Beef (80/20)1 lb
- Green Bell Pepper, diced1 medium
- Yellow Onion, diced1 medium
- White Mushrooms, sliced8 oz
- Garlic, minced2 cloves
- Worcestershire Sauce2 tbsp
- Beef Broth1/2 cup
- Ketchup2 tbsp
- Provolone Cheese, sliced6 slices
- Hamburger Buns4 buns
Method

In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook ground beef until no longer pink, about 5 minutes. Drain excess fat.

Add diced green pepper, diced onion, and sliced mushrooms. Cook until softened, about 5 minutes.

Add garlic, Worcestershire sauce, beef broth, ketchup, salt, and pepper. Stir well and simmer 8 minutes until slightly thickened.

Top the meat mixture with sliced provolone. Cover the skillet and cook 2 minutes until cheese is melted.

Toast the buns under the broiler or in a toaster. Spoon the cheesy meat mixture onto buns and serve.
