Method

  1. 01

    Bring water to a boil. Add pork ribs and boil for 5 minutes. Drain, rinse, and return to a clean pot with fresh water.

    Add onion and tomatoes. Simmer for 45 minutes until pork is tender.

    Add daikon radish and green beans. Cook 10 minutes.

    Stir in tamarind soup mix and fish sauce. Adjust sourness and salt to taste.
