Ingredients
- Canton Egg Noodles8 oz
- Boneless Chicken Breast3/4 lb
- Medium Shrimp1/2 lb
- Green Cabbage2 cups
- Carrots2 medium
- Garlic Cloves4 cloves
- Soy Sauce3 tbsp
- Oyster Sauce2 tbsp
- Lemon (optional)1 medium
Method
- 01
Cook canton noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside.

Heat oil in a wok over high heat. Stir-fry sliced chicken until cooked through. Add shrimp and cook until pink. Remove and set aside.

In the same wok, sauté garlic, onion, and sliced cabbage. Add julienned carrots and cook 2 minutes.

Return chicken and shrimp to the wok. Add noodles, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Toss everything together.

Serve hot with calamansi or lemon wedges on the side.
