Ingredients
- Cavatappi or Elbow Macaroni16 oz
- Pre-Made Pulled Pork1 lb
- BBQ Sauce1/2 cup
- Butter3 tbsp
- All-Purpose Flour3 tbsp
- Whole Milk2 1/2 cups
- Sharp Cheddar Cheese, shredded1 1/2 cups
- Pepper Jack Cheese, shredded1 cup
- Smoked Paprika1/2 tsp
- French Fried Onions1 cup
Method

Preheat oven to 375°F. Cook cavatappi or elbow macaroni in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain.

Warm the pulled pork in a small saucepan with BBQ sauce over medium-low heat. Keep warm.

In a large saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Whisk in flour and cook 1 minute. Gradually whisk in milk. Cook until thickened, about 4 minutes.

Remove from heat. Stir in cheddar, pepper jack, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until smooth. Fold in cooked pasta.

Transfer mac and cheese to a greased baking dish. Top with pulled pork and crispy fried onions.
