Ingredients

  • Salmon Fillets4 6-oz pieces
  • Soy Sauce3 tbsp
  • Honey2 tbsp
  • Rice Vinegar1 tbsp
  • Garlic2 cloves
  • Fresh Ginger1 tsp grated
  • Sesame Seeds1 tbsp
  • Green Onions3 stalks
  • Vegetable Oil1 tbsp

Method

  1. 01

    Whisk together soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, garlic, and ginger to make teriyaki sauce.

    Pat salmon dry and season lightly with salt and pepper.

    Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high. Sear salmon skin-side up 4–5 minutes until golden. Flip and cook 3–4 minutes more.

    Pour teriyaki sauce into pan and cook 2–3 minutes, spooning sauce over salmon, until glaze thickens.

    Garnish with sesame seeds and sliced green onions. Serve over steamed rice or alongside vegetables.
