- Cod, Tilapia, or Halibut Fillets1 1/2 lbs
- Butter3 tbsp
- Lemon1 large
- Garlic2 cloves, minced
- Dried Parsley1 tsp
- Salt and Black Pepper1 to taste
Method

Preheat oven to 400F. Line a baking dish with foil.

Pat fish fillets dry. Place in the baking dish. Season with salt and pepper.

Melt butter in a small saucepan or microwave. Add minced garlic, lemon juice (half the lemon), and dried parsley. Stir.

Pour butter sauce over fish. Lay thin lemon slices on top.

Bake 12-15 minutes until fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork. Thicker fillets take closer to 15 minutes.
