Parent noteThis is the one-pan version of the meal kids already love. Same flavors as lasagna, none of the wait. The ricotta dollops are mild and creamy. Contains gluten, dairy, and egg (in pasta).

- Garlic, minced3 cloves
- Italian Seasoning1 tsp
- Fresh Basil, for garnish (optional)1/4 cup
Method

Add garlic and Italian seasoning, cook 1 minute.
- 03
Pour in marinara sauce and 2 cups water. Stir and bring to a boil.

Reduce heat to medium-low. Cover and cook 18-20 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes, until noodles are tender and sauce has thickened.
- 06
Drop spoonfuls of ricotta over the top. Scatter mozzarella over everything. Cover and cook 3 more minutes until cheese melts.
- 07
Garnish with fresh basil and serve from the pan.
