Ingredients
- Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs2 lbs
- Long-Grain White Rice1 1/2 cups, uncooked
- Chicken Broth3 cups
- Cream of Chicken Soup1 can (10.5 oz)
- Frozen Peas1 cup
- Yellow Onion1 medium, diced
- Garlic Powder1 tsp
- Onion Powder1/2 tsp
- Smoked Paprika1/2 tsp
Method

Season chicken thighs with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.

Place chicken thighs in the bottom of the slow cooker.

Pour in chicken broth, cream of chicken soup, and diced onion.

Cook on LOW 4-5 hours or HIGH 2.5-3 hours.

Remove chicken and shred with two forks. Return to the pot.

Stir in uncooked long-grain rice. Cover and cook on HIGH 30 minutes until rice is tender.

Stir in frozen peas and cook 5 minutes more. Adjust seasoning and serve.
