  • Large Sweet Potatoes4
  • Ground Turkey (93% lean)1 lb
  • Black Beans (canned)15 oz can
  • Shredded Cheddar Cheese1 cup
  • Sour Cream1/2 cup
  • Green Onions3 stalks
  • Chili Powder1 tsp
  • Ground Cumin1/2 tsp

Method

    Preheat oven to 400F. Scrub sweet potatoes, poke with a fork, and rub with olive oil and salt.
