- Ground Turkey1 1/4 lb
- Sweet Potato1 large, peeled and diced (1/2-inch)
- Yellow Onion1 medium, diced
- Garlic3 cloves, minced
- Kidney Beans1 can (15 oz), drained and rinsed
- Diced Tomatoes1 can (14.5 oz)
- Chicken Broth1 cup
- Chili Powder1 1/2 tsp
- Cumin1 tsp
- Smoked Paprika1/2 tsp
Method

Cook ground turkey in a large pot over medium-high heat, breaking up with a spoon, until no pink remains, about 6 minutes.

Add garlic, chili powder, cumin, and smoked paprika. Stir and cook 1 minute until fragrant.

Add diced sweet potato, drained kidney beans, diced tomatoes (with juices), and chicken broth.
