  • Sweet Potato1 large, peeled and diced (1/2-inch)
  • Yellow Onion1 medium, diced
  • Garlic3 cloves, minced
  • Kidney Beans1 can (15 oz), drained and rinsed

Method

    Cook ground turkey in a large pot over medium-high heat, breaking up with a spoon, until no pink remains, about 6 minutes.
