- Frozen Tater Tots (32 oz bag)1 bag
- Shredded Cheddar Cheese2 cups
- Sour Cream1/2 cup
- Beef Broth1/2 cup
- Yellow Onion, diced1 medium
- Garlic Powder1 tsp
Method

Preheat oven to 400F.

Brown ground beef with onion in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat, breaking it up, about 6 minutes. Drain fat. Season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

Add beef broth. Stir in sour cream and 1 cup shredded cheese. Stir until melted and creamy. Remove from heat.

If not using an oven-safe skillet, transfer to a 9x13 baking dish. Arrange tater tots in a single layer on top, covering the entire surface.

Bake 20 minutes until tater tots are golden and crispy.
