Ingredients
- Ground Turkey (93% lean)1 1/2 lbs
- Plain Breadcrumbs3/4 cup
- Egg1 large
- Whole Milk1/4 cup
- Yellow Onion, finely diced1/2 medium
- Garlic, minced2 cloves
- Worcestershire Sauce1 tbsp
- Dried Thyme1 tsp
- Ketchup1/3 cup
- Light Brown Sugar2 tbsp
- Yellow Mustard1 tbsp

Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with foil and lightly grease.

In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, milk, diced onion, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and dried thyme. Mix gently with your hands until just combined (do not overmix).

Shape the mixture into a loaf on the prepared baking sheet, about 9 inches long and 4 inches wide.

In a small bowl, whisk together ketchup, brown sugar, and mustard. Spread half the glaze over the top and sides of the meatloaf.

Bake 35 minutes. Spread remaining glaze on top. Bake 15-20 more minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F.

Let rest 10 minutes before slicing. The glaze will set as it rests.
