  • Zucchini, finely grated1
  • Cremini Mushrooms, finely diced4 oz
  • Breadcrumbs1/4 cup
  • Worcestershire Sauce1 tbsp
  • Garlic Powder1 tsp

Method

    Finely grate zucchini and squeeze out excess moisture. Finely dice mushrooms.

    In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, grated zucchini, diced mushrooms, breadcrumbs, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until combined.

    Form mixture into 4 equal patties, about 3/4 inch thick. Make a slight indentation in the center of each.

    Heat a skillet or grill to medium-high heat. Oil the cooking surface. Cook patties for 5-6 minutes per side until internal temperature reaches 165F.
