- Ground Beef (85% lean)1 1/2 lb
- Carrots, finely grated2
- Zucchini, finely grated1
- Cremini Mushrooms, finely diced8 oz
- Breadcrumbs1/2 cup
- Egg1
- Worcestershire Sauce2 tbsp
- Ketchup3 tbsp
- Garlic Powder1 tsp
- Onion Powder1 tsp
- Salt1 tsp

Preheat oven to 375F. Line a baking sheet with foil and lightly oil it.

Finely grate the carrots and zucchini. Squeeze zucchini in a towel to remove moisture. Finely dice the mushrooms.

In a large bowl, combine ground beef, grated vegetables, diced mushrooms, breadcrumbs, egg, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined.

Shape mixture into a loaf on the prepared baking sheet, about 9x5 inches.

Spread a thin layer of ketchup over the top. Bake for 50-55 minutes until internal temperature reaches 160F.
