- Ground Beef (80/20)3/4 lb
- Ground Pork1/2 lb
- Zucchini1 medium
- Breadcrumbs1/3 cup
- Egg1 large
- Parmesan, grated1/4 cup
- Garlic2 cloves, minced
- Kosher Salt1 tsp
- Black Pepper1/2 tsp
- Marinara Sauce1 jar (24 oz)
Method

Preheat oven to 425F. Line a baking sheet with foil and coat with cooking spray.

Grate zucchini on the large holes of a box grater. Squeeze in a clean towel until very dry.

Combine beef, pork, zucchini, breadcrumbs, egg, parmesan, garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Mix with your hands until just combined.

Roll into 1.5-inch balls and arrange on the prepared baking sheet.

Bake 18-20 minutes until cooked through and browned on the bottom.
